Specific Usage Instructions
 
Custom Processing: First, based on the dimensions and component distribution of the PCB board to be soldered, use specialized processing equipment to cut, drill, and engrave the Durostone CFR767 sheet to create a soldering tray that precisely matches the PCB board. This includes pre-drilled holes for component clearance and positioning pins to ensure a secure embedding of the PCB board.
 
Tooling Installation: Install the processed tray onto the transport track of the wave soldering or reflow soldering equipment. Check that the tray is securely fixed to prevent displacement during soldering and ensure soldering accuracy.
